In latest news from Doon, the spot of the Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has shot up substantially in the list of the most powerful 100 Indians. While in the previous list, Dhami took the 93rd spot his position ascended to 61st spot in the latest list released. This rise is being attributed to a slew of measures taken by his government like the anti-copying law and the recently passed Uniform Civil Code.
