Appointment letters were presented to BSC and GNM nursing students at a programme held in Naincy College of Nursing at Jeolikot here on Sunday. A total of 125 students of the institute have secured jobs at the Max hospital in Delhi. The students also organised a cultural programme on the occasion.
Expressing their views on the occasion, some of the students said that they had learnt to become self- reliant and confident while studying at this institute. Speaking on the occasion, the managing director of the college, IP Singh said that in the beginning all the selected students will receive a monthly salary of Rs 25,000 each.Before this, none of the students had received so much monthly salary in a placement. He also spoke about the planned schemes of the institution on the occasion. The institute director Sanjay Singh spoke on the progress of the institution, while adding that the curriculum in Naincy residential school has been adjusted according to the national education policy 2022. Various cultural presentations were also staged by the students on the occasion.
