He claimed that the farmers of the country are angry with the government.  The PCC president was addressing the ‘Tractor rally’ organised at Doiwala here on Tuesday. He said that the farmers of the country are suffering from anti farmer policies of the Narendra Modi government and the Congress party is standing firmly with the farmers.
