MDDA VC reviews Adhat Bazaar progress, directs completion by August

The vice chairman of Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) Banshidhar Tiwari informed that 60 per cent of the plotting work in the under construction Adhat Bazaar project has been completed.

During a review meeting held in his office on Wednesday, departmental officials briefed him on the current progress of the ongoing work. Tiwari directed the officials concerned to complete the remaining plotting work, along with the construction of the sewage treatment plant and parking facilities, within one month. He emphasised the need for swift action to finalise the loan approval process from HUDCO to ensure timely funding for the project.

Tiwari also instructed to prepare control designs for all plots to maintain uniformity in the market’s structure. He also stressed the importance of engaging future allottees in a joint meeting before the final allocation of shops. The VC further directed the officials concerned to complete the allocation process for beneficiaries by August this year.
