Acting on the order of the sub-divisional officer, Rishikesh, Yogesh Mehra, five Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) teams have sealed around six unauthorised buildings located across the town. Police teams were present at the sites in adequate strength. Despite protests by the affected, the MDDA team carried on its sealing operation. MDDA sources said that these buildings had been constructed illegally.
