Both these MLA arrived in the house holding placards in support of their demands. Talking to the media persons, Rawat said that while all other religious places in the state are open the Char Dham Yatra is banned. Dhami said that 50 per cent area of his constituency Dharchula is not covered by any mobile network. He said that the Nepalese mobile networks are used by people of the area which is located on the International boundary. Other Congress members joined the duo in Dharna. Later chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami invited both the MLA for talks in his office and assured them that their demands would be looked into.
