Lord Ganesh was worshipped with fervour and gaiety at the Motherhood University as part of the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations on Saturday.
The university’s vice chancellor Narendra Sharma, director (administration) Deepak Sharma and others carried the idol of the god to the site where it was ritually installed.
The university will celebrate the festival with special prayers to lord Ganesh for 10 days on campus.
