IPS officer Rachita Juyal resigns from service

An officer of Uttarakhand cadre of Indian Police Service ( IPS), Rachita Juyal has tendered her resignation from the services.

In her resignation Juyal has mentioned personal reasons for her decision to quit IPS. It is learnt that she has requested that her resignation should be effective from September 10, 2025.

An officer of 2015 batch of IPS, Juyal is currently holding the charge of Superintendent of Police, Vigilance, in Dehradun.

Recently senior IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre BVRC Purushottam has also resigned from the service citing personal reasons.
