IPS officer Rachita Juyal resigns from service

An officer of Uttarakhand cadre of Indian Police Services ( IPS), Rachita Juyal has tendered her resignation from the elite service. In her resignation, Juyal mentioned personal reasons for her decision to quit the IPS. It is learnt that she has requested her resignation to be effective from September 10. An officer of 2015 batch of IPS, Juyal is currently holding the charge of superintendent of police, Vigilance, in Dehradun. Recently, another senior IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre BVRC Purushottam also resigned from the service, citing personal reasons.
