IMA 107th regular course celebrates silver jubilee

The 107th regular course of the Indian Military Academy (IMA) celebrated its silver jubilee here on Saturday. Officers of the course visited their alma mater along with their families to mark 25 years of their commissioning into the Indian Army. The course had 416 gentleman cadets who were commissioned in June 2000.

A total of 255 officers returned to the IMA to remember their training days and to pay respect to the institution that shaped them as soldiers and leaders. Over the past 25 years, officers of the course have served the nation in different parts of the country and in difficult conditions.   During the service, the batch also lost 10 officers who sacrificed their lives for the country. Two family members of the martyrs also attended the event.
