Suggestions would be sought from them for achieving 100 per cent Vax target
The state health department would organise a one day workshop for the public representatives on September 7.
In the workshop the public representatives would be informed about the ways to prevent the probable third wave of the pandemic of Covid-19. They would also be informed about different schemes of the state health department. The department has taken the initiative on the orders of the health minister Dhan Singh Rawat.
Informing about the programme Rawat said that the state health department is committed to strengthen the health services and in this context the workshop for the public representatives would be organised. He informed that the workshop would be inaugurated by the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and would be attended by the assembly speaker Prem Chand Agarwal and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Pritam Singh.
The workshop would be attended by the Member of Parliaments (MP), MLAs, presidents of the district Panchayats and Mayors of the Municipal Corporations. The minister said the public representatives would be asked to register their suggestion for achieving the target of 100 per cent vaccination in the workshop.
