Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna gave an emotional welcome to the Jain muni Antarmana Acharya Prasanna Sagar on his arrival at the University of Patanjali, Haridwar. Overwhelmed, the Jain muni hailed the humanitarian works being done by Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna in the fields of Yoga and Ayurveda. Also, he urged all to live in harmony with nature and culture. “Disregarding nature and culture in life signifies poverty,” he observed.
Lauding the Jain saint as personification of purest thinking-the soul of Indian spiritualism-Baba Ramdev said that Jainism is the purest form of Sanatan Dharma immersed in penance, restraint, non-violence and self-realisation. Acharya Balkrishna said that the spirituality the Jain muni personifies was too deep for expression.
The Jain muni visited Patanjali Research Institute and planted a sapling in Patanjali herbal garden.
