Delhi Public School holds scholar badge ceremony

Delhi Public School, Dehradun, hosted the Scholar Badge Ceremony 2025 on Saturday. This was a special school event honouring students who have excelled in academics and other areas, the organisers said. The chief guest was the regional officer, CBSE, Dehradun, Manoj Kumar Gupta.   

The school principal, B K Singh, in his address, urged the students to work hard with dedication. The students then presented a cultural programme, featuring music, dances, and yoga demonstrations.


The highlight of the program was the presentation of scholar badges, certificates, blazers, ties and medals to students. Children from nursery to grade 3 received proficiency certificates. Students in higher grades received green badges, blue badges, blue blazers, blue ties and gold medals.

This year, Anmol Kakkar and Arnav Giri Goswami received the gold medal for earning the scholar badge for seven consecutive years. The school also awarded badges to students who excelled in sports and other extracurricular activities.
