The date for Uttarakhand assembly election 2022 has been announced by chief election commissioner, Sushil Chandra today. The voters of Uttarakhand would vote in the assembly election on February 14 to elect the new government. The counting of the votes will be held on March 10. The election will be held for 70 assembly seats in Uttarakhand.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Saturday announced the schedule for the assembly poll in Manipur, Goa, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. The elections in the poll-bound states will be conducted in seven phases.
