Appealing to citizens in Badrinath and Manglaur Assembly constituencies to vote in large numbers, the Bharatiya Janata Party has claimed that it will win in both of these Assembly bypolls. The BJP State president Mahendra Bhatt said that despite the propaganda by the Congress regarding the constitution and discontinuation of reservation, the people of these constituencies will vote for the BJP for development and nationalism.

Interacting with the media, Bhatt claimed that the BJP candidates are sure to win by large margins on both the seats because the lies spread by the Congress were rejected by the public in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections. “This is the reason why members of the Dalit and backward communities will vote for us to ensure the development of their area. The minority community too is tired of the vote bank politics played by the opposition and is eager to become a part of the developmental mainstream. This is the reason why the BJP will make history by winning Manglaur for the first time. Similarly in Badrinath, the people are fully satisfied with the developmental and public welfare schemes of the Central and State governments. The nationalist and Sanatan public of Badrinath is fully aware of the doings of the Congress. The negative politics of the Congress which relies on spreading misinformation and levelling false allegations will be rejected once again by the people here,” the BJP State president said.

He further said that during the election campaign, the party has focused on raising awareness on the works and achievements of the double-engine government from the booth to higher levels. Considering this, the party is confident that the people will elect its candidates in the bypolls in both the Assembly constituencies, Bhatt said.
