The chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami directly communicated with the complainants regarding the status of the redressal of their complaints lodged on CM Helpline 1905. He took feedback from several complainants on whether the departments are resolving the complaints within the stipulated timeframe or not. All the complainants told him that their complaints had been resolved.
Among the senior officers present on the occasion were the principal secretary, R K Sudhanshu; secretary, Shailesh Bagoli; additional director general of police, A P Anshuman; Garhwal commissioner, Vinay Shankar Pandey and MDDA vice-president, Banshidhar Tiwari.
