Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami took an active part in grass democracy on Thursday by casting his vote in the three-tier Panchayat elections. The CM exercised his franchise after standing in a queue at booth number three in Government model primary school Nagla Tarai, of Udham Singh Nagar district. His mother Bishna Devi also voted with him.
After casting his vote, the CM made an appeal to all the rural voters of the State to vote enthusiastically and fearlessly in the three-tier Panchayat elections. He said that every vote can play a decisive role in strengthening the Panchayats in the State.
