Continuing his focus on encouraging homestays, chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached a homestay for the night after attending various programmes during his visit to Tehri on Saturday.
After various events during the day, Dhami reached Mamta Pawar’s Kutumb homestay in Tiwadgaon in Thauldhar block of the district to rest for the night. A large number of women present on the occasion welcomed the chief minister to the village.
The CM enquired about the condition of the villagers and also appreciated the various homestays being operated by them. It will be recalled that earlier this month while visiting Pauri, the CM had chosen to rest for the night in a homestay instead of the usual government accommodation.
