The Birla Vidya Mandir has been ranked first for all-round development among residential schools in Uttarakhand in the Education Today survey. In the national rankings, the school has been placed at the fourth place in its category.
The school principal Anil Sharma informed that Education Today accords State and national level rankings to schools based on its survey. The ranks are provided on the basis of 10 aspects checked in the survey. These aspects include the quality of education, annual examination results, leadership capability, quality of education at the international level, residential facility and performance in competitions among others. He said that the school has been consistently progressing and maintaining its position among the top ten in India in its category for the past 12 years.
