Attached teachers to sent back to their schools: Pandey

The education minister of Uttarakhand Arvind Pandey has said that all those teachers who were attached in the schools against norms would be soon relieved and sent back to their schools. The minister told The Pioneer that all these teachers would be sent back to their schools.

It is learnt that the department would soon 250 such teachers who were attached against all norms to their parent school. More than 500 teachers were sent on attachment to the schools of their choices mostly located in the plain areas of the state during the previous Congress government. After a long tussle, half of these teachers are able to justify their transfer on the basis of transfer act however the rest of them would now be sent back to their schools.
