Amway launches health & fitness programme

Amway India has launched health and fitness community-building programmes across India. The company’s brand ambassador and wrestler Sangram Singh will be spearheading the awareness around fitness and health community-building among the youth and women. 

Commenting on the initiative, the company CMO Ajay Khanna said, “Preventive healthcare is on top of the minds of the youth and women of India today. The country has also witnessed a growing interest in fitness and nutrition supplements, especially among millennials leading to a steady rise in the wellness industry, estimating it at a whopping Rs 490 billion. Changing lifestyles, prolonged periods of staying indoors and other limitations have adversely impacted consumers’ mental and physical well-being.”

Singh said, “I’m honoured to be associated with a brand which emphasises the importance of holistic wellbeing, thereby inspiring and encouraging us to make health and wellness a priority”

The company’s north and south senior vice president Gursharan Cheema said, “With Sculpt Studio 2.0 powered by Nutrilite, we aim to expand on our vision of promoting a healthy lifestyle and target people who want to level up their fitness game post their kickstart of Sculpt Studio season 1 along with new Amway direct selling partners and customers.”
