The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Uttarakhand will organise a State-level workers’ dialogue in Dehradun on Sunday to revive the party organisation and strengthen its grassroots structure ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections.
AAP Uttarakhand State in-charge Mahindra Singh will attend the programme along with State co–in–charge Yuvraj Bhardwaj will be present as the special guest. Senior leaders and party workers from all districts of the state are expected to participate in the dialogue. According to the party, the main focus of the meeting is to bring back party workers who became inactive after the dissolution of the State organisation in the past. The dialogue is being seen as an important step towards rebuilding the organisational framework and forming a new leadership structure in Uttarakhand. The party organisation was earlier dissolved during the tenure of former State president SS Kaler, which led to organisational disarray and weakening of the party at the ground level. Many workers were left without a formal platform, resulting in reduced coordination and participation. Through this dialogue, the party aims to reconnect with old workers and restore their confidence.
