Dinesh Mohaniya to undertake four day tour of the Kumaon division from today

In an attempt to woo the voters of the Kumaon region ahead of the state assembly elections, the state head of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Delhi MLA Dinesh Mohaniya will start his four-day visit to four assembly constituencies of Kumaon on Thursday. He will also review the preparations of the party in the respective regions ahead of the 2022 state assembly elections. Addressing media persons here on Wednesday, the spokesman of AAP, Ravindra Anand said that Mohaniya will start his four-day visit from Gangolihat on November 25 with the launch of Vijay Shankhnaad Yatra campaign of the party.

He will also visit Pithoragarh, Lohaghat and Champawat in the next three days to interact with locals. He will also review the party’s preparations and discuss strategies for the elections in the said Kumaon constituencies, added Anand. The chief ministerial candidate of the party Col ( Retd) Ajay Kothiyal will also start the fourth level of the Rozgar Guarantee Yatra campaign from Badrinath on the last day of Mohaniya’s visit. The AAP’s spokesman informed that Kothiyal will be on a seven-day visit to seven constituencies of Garhwal from November 28.

He will visit Badrinath, Tharali, Karnprayag, Rudraprayag, Kedarnath, Srinagar and Kedarnath from November 28 to December 4 to conduct the campaign. Anand said that the party is receiving great response across the state as thousands of youths have connected with AAP through this campaign. The campaign is aimed to educate people about the promises made by the AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal for the unemployed youths of the state and they will see the difference once the party wins the election next year, he asserted
