In latest news from Doon, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami directed the officials concerned to verify the documents submitted by the Aadhar card applications more seriously to ensure that no fake card is made. The same applies to the documents submitted by those applying for availing benefits of the government’s welfare schemes. He further said that if any person is found submitting fake documents strict action should be taken against him or her and the officers who help them make fake documents would not be spared, too.
Besides, he sought detailed information about the cases of religious conversion at the district levels. Further, he directed the officials concerned to ensure that locals are employed as labourers in construction of government buildings.
