Asst professors from several States participate in KU’s Botany refresher course

A total of 155 assistant professors from several regions across the country are participating in the Botany refresher course being organised by Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC) at Kumaun University. The KU vice-chancellor, Diwan S Rawat inaugurated the online course. Refresher course was new opportunity for the new assistant professors to move forward towards teaching techniques and research, he said. The director, MMTTC, Divya Upadhyay Joshi said that KU’s MMTTC has secured the fourth position in the country. The course coordinator, Ritesh Sah said that this refresher course is the first of this year in which the assistant professors from Jammu, Kerala, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh are participating.
