The three-day State level archery competition organised at Parwati Prema Jagati Saraswati Vihar in Nainital concluded. Held under the 6th sub- junior and 8th senior archery championship, it saw the participation of 186 players from across Uttarakhand. Aside from the staff, teachers and students, some international and national level coaches of archery were present. The MP and former Union Minister Ajay Bhatt and Nainital MLA Sarita Arya were also present on the concluding day.
The school’s principal, Surya Prakash in his address said that archery is an ancient Indian art which promotes concentration, mental balance and self-control. At the end of the competition, prizes were distributed to the winners.
