DM chairs public hearing, listens to complaints

While holding a public hearing here on Monday, the district magistrate, Mayur Dixit received 34 complaints/ appeals from the people. These relate to several departments, including Public Works, Rehabilitation, PMGSY, Child Development, Revenue, Forest, UREDA, Agriculture, Education and Animal Husbandry among others. The DM said that all the complaints were registered, adding that various development schemes being implemented in the district aside from the complaints registered on the
CM Helpline were reviewed at the meeting.
He reviewed the status of
verification and share determination of PM Kisan Nidhi and asked the Irrigation department to complete river channelisation and other flood-control works before the onset of monsoon to save some vulnerable villages in Budha Kedar area from flood-related damages
