PIONEER NEWS SERVICE

The technology arm of Patanjali Group, Bharuwa Solutions Private Limited (BSPL) announced its strategic entry into the Indian banking sector with the launch of an AI-powered, multilingual (bilingual) 360° banking ERP system. Speaking of it, Acharya Balkrishna said that this next-generation platform is designed to revolutionise digital banking by empowering regional, cooperative and small financial institutions with intelligent, inclusive and compliant technology. “India is a country of many languages, yet our banking infrastructure operates primarily in English, leaving the majority out. Bharuwa Solutions is launching a transformational product that is technologically superior, functionally comprehensive and linguistically inclusive, aligned with the Official Languages Act 1963,” he added.

He further said that Bharuwa’s state-of-the-art CBS platform (b-banking) is aimed at addressing four critical challenges that have long been hindering innovation and inclusivity in India’s banking ecosystem: language inclusivity, greater safety, process efficiency and regulatory compliance.

To realise its vision, Bharuwa Solutions has partnered with Natural Support Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd., an experienced company in the bilingual banking sector, having expertise in automating over 5,000 bank branches since 1999 for surround products like ALM, LOS, MIS etc.

Patanjali sources said that this comprehensive offering is designed to enable digital transformation for State Co-operative Banks, District Central Co-operative Banks, Urban Co-operative Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions across India and the international market, especially in regions with multilingual banking needs.
