The district magistrate, Haridwar, Mayur Dixit has issued a show cause notice to five officials, including a tehsildar, and withheld their June salary for the negligence shown in resolving the complaints received on the CM Helpline and CM Jansunwai Portal. While reviewing the progress in redressal of the complaints lodged on the two portals here on Monday, the DM expressed displeasure over the slow progress in some offices.
He further said that the calls being made by the officers for resolving public problems are being monitored daily, adding that the officers themselves should talk to the complainants over phone and address them at the earliest.
