The Asian School celebrated its 21st annual prize giving ceremony on Friday. The joint secretary and regional officer of CBSE Dehradun Manish Aggarwal, was the chief guest on the occasion.
The event celebrated student excellence through various awards. The HRT Award honoured 105 students for regularity and conduct, while 152 received the Teacher’s Award for scoring more than 75 per cent in three subjects. The Principal’s Award went to 237 high achievers with more than 80 per cent, and 170 earned the prestigious Governor’s Award for scoring more than 90 per cent. Additionally, 32 students were recognised for 100 per cent attendance, and five were awarded for outstanding story writing. Addressing the gathering, Aggarwal commended the performance of the students and also shared anecdotes with them.
Director Gaganjyot Juneja, Vartika Sah Juneja and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
