The Municipal Corporation of Dehradun (MCD) has launched an application to enable the citizens to register their complaints regarding various issues which will be directly addressed by the officials concerned. The complaints and issues ranging from property tax submission, property mutation and self assesment, street lights and irregular door to door garbage collection service among others can be registered in this app, said the Dehradun municipal commissioner Manuj Goyal. He said that people can also apply for registration for dog license registration, diary registration and birth certificate registration among others. Besides this, people can also give their feedback regarding their experience in the corporation and about any work or service they received from MCD, added . The officials concerned will be asked to address the issue within 24 hours. He said that he will soon assign duty to senior officials who will monitor the complaints and feedback received via the app.
