BJP State pres holds meet with party members to discuss details
In addition to the Bharatiya Janata Party national president Amit Shah, the Union minister of State VK Singh, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath and UP deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma will be addressing the Trishakti Sammelan programmes to held for the booth level workers of the party from the five Lok Sabha constituencies in Uttarakhand. The BJP state president Ajay Bhatt said this while addressing party workers at a meeting in the party’s Kumaon region office here on Monday.
Bhatt said that on the directions of the central leadership of the party, a Trishakti Sammelan will be organised in Haldwani on February 9. Bhatt said that all the party workers need to raise more awareness among voters about the tenure of the BJP government. Exhorting the workers to unite for strengthening the party, he said that the Trishakti Sammelan was important from the view point of the parliamentary polls. These programmes will boost the morale of the booth level workers of the party, he said. The BJP State president further said that the 2019 Lok Sabha polls are very important for the party. Just like the opposition parties are uniting with the aim of preventing Prime Minister Narendra Modi from being re-elected, the BJP workers will also have to display strong unity. The Haldwani mayor Jogendra Pal Singh Rautela, Mandi Parishad head Gajraj Singh Bisht, party’s district chief Pradeep Bisht along with other office bearers and party workers were also present in the meeting.
