The BJP state media in-charge Devendra Bhasin informed that the prime minister will be addressing a public rally at 11 AM in Rudrapur on March 28. During his previous visit to the state he was slated to address the public at Rudrapur but was unable to reach the venue due to inclement weather. He had addressed the public through the mobile phone and promised that he would visit Rudrapur again to address the public. Senior party leaders from the Centre and State would also be among those slated to be present in the public gathering to be addressed by the prime minister. After Modi’s rally, the chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat would go to Dwarahat-Chaukhutia where he would address a public gathering, informed Bhasin.
