PM to discuss post-lockdown situation with CMs on Mon
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a video conference with Chief Ministers on April 27 to assess the Covid-19 situation. The meeting is scheduled a week before the extended lockdown ends on May 3 and is expected to discuss the situation of “hotspots” and containment of the pandemic.
According to many senior officials, the main agenda of the meeting will be on tackling of the post-lockdown scenario. After meeting with CMs, the PM is expected to convene a meeting of Central agencies, Empowered Group of officiasls, and Group of Ministers to take a call on the post May 3 events.
