BJP starts preparations for more Trishakti Sammelans
Bouyed by the success of the Trishakti Sammelan, addressed by its national president, Amit Shah, in Dehradun on Saturday, the Bharatiya Janata Party State president Ajay Bhatt congratulated the party workers and thanked all for their support. At the same time, preparations have been started for the remaining three Trishakti Sammelan programmes to be held for the other parliamentary constituencies in the State.
On Sunday, the BJP State president said that the Trishakti Sammelan held a day ago for the party workers of Tehri and Haridwar Lok Sabha constituencies had achieved historic success.
The party’s national president Amit Shah blew the Lok Sabha campaign bugle and after his address, the party workers returned to their places with a firm resolve to achieve a victory for the BJP and facilitate a second term for Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of the nation.
Bhatt said that the programme in Dehradun was successful due to the cooperation and dedicated work of the party workers. Despite the uncertainty of weather and cold, more than 17,000 booth level workers of the party attended the event.
This only goes on to show that the party workers are determined to work for the party’s victory in the Lok Sabha elections and ensure that Modi gets a second term as Prime Minister.
Bhatt also thanked the top leadership of the party, adding that the guidance of the party’s Lok Sabha election in-charge for Uttarakhand, Thaawar Chand Gehlot, party state-in- charge Shyam Jaju, national joint general secretary (Organisation) Shiv Prakash and Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat was vital in the success of the programme.
The BJP state president further informed that Trishakti Sammela programmes for Nainital Lok Sabha constituency in Haldwani and for Garhwal Lok Sabha constituency in Srinagar will be organised on February 9 while the Trishakti Sammel programme for Almora Lok Sabha constituency will be organised on February 16.
Preparations have been started for these programmes to be held shortly. He further informed that the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath will be the chief guest at the event in Haldwani while the Uttar Pradesh deputy Chief Minister, Dinesh Sharma, will be chief guest at the programme in Srinagar whereas Union Minister of State for External Affairs, VK Singh will be the chief guest at the programme in Almora.
